Lightly scratch pipe leading into meter from service main with a metal implement like a screwdriver or knife. The pipe leading to the water main usually goes through a wall toward the street or outside the residence.
Take a Photo & Submit
Take a picture of meter and a close-up of scratches and submit a report:
